"As a family we really like this hotel. It was the location that interested us initially but since then we have visited many time. We turned up this time to a little disappointment in that nearly all the staff we had previously built up lovely relationships had gone and had been replaced. However this disappointment was soon dispelled. All the replacement staff were lovely and could not have been more helpful and friendly. A slight negative was the breakfast selection seemed too have reduced slightly, but everything was available on request. The room service was probably as good as we have had and the reception were super helpful in resolving a luggage issue with the airport. Resolved within 24 hours. We will be revisiting the Sheraton Creek Hotel and Towers."
