Welcome to JK2Properties' newly renovated 5-bedroom home, located in the heart of the Magnolia - Wade Park neighborhood, one of Cleveland's most historic and safest. Enjoy all that Cleveland has to offer, with University Circle and Case Western Reserve University just steps away. The Cleveland Clinic, University Hospital, and the VA hospital are also nearby. In University Circle, you'll find world-class museums, delicious restaurants, botanical gardens, walking and bike trails, and the Cleveland Orchestra. Downtown Cleveland is just a 10-minute drive away, where you can experience sports games, theater, concerts, and nightlife.

Our spacious common areas are perfect for entertaining guests or relaxing with family, while the finished basement features a comfy couch, air hockey table, and a 150-inch movie screen. Each bedroom has been beautifully decorated for your comfort. Please note that this house has three bedrooms on the second floor and two on the third floor, so it may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.

After booking, you will receive a renters agreement via email to sign and there will be a security hold of $300.00 placed on your credit card, similar to what hotels do for incidentals. Great house for a group
The house was terrific for a group like ours. Perfect set up with floors and master bathrooms on both. We used Ubers to head back and forth to a conference at the convention center, about a 15 minute ride.

Fantastic Stay
This is a great property with so much space. They thought of all of the small things for guests. Jordan was very helpful and supportive and responded quickly to all of our needs. Definitely would recommend this house.
