"The people on reception were excellent - polite and helpful. Our room was good if a little dark. We would have liked additional waters on our second night but otherwise all good. Our only complaint was the service at breakfast which was pretty poor. The dinner service was great, but breakfast not so good. Breakfast was however delicious. Parking is a challenge but through no fault of the hotel. very well located for Clifton Village which is lovely. "

"Stayed in a 1 bedroom family apartment. A period property that has been stylishly decorated. Comfortable bed with plump pillows and quality bed linen. Daughter said could feel springs in pull out sofa but not too much to grumble about. A great position off the Clifton triangle so walk pretty much anywhere with lots of restaurants nearby. Nice little touches, Nespresso machine with capsules, L'occitaine toiletries, smart tv with Netflix etc included. Good communication before we arrived. Wasn't...
