"Nice warm and clean room called Ashley. Comfy bed and nice touches like a jar with fresh baked cookies with the tea and coffee. Only issue was the Bathroom light was on a sensor which meant it went out when you were in the bath shower or on the toilet. Very good breakfast and evening meals although a bit limited in the number of meal choices. This meant we only ate on one evening as we did not fancy the other things on the menu"

"Loved our stay at the Lighthouse. We arrived rather late after a full day at Longleat, but it was easy to find and had plenty of parking. Check in was friendly and the room was lovely and impeccably clean. Breakfast was tasty and my gluten/dairy free husband was well catered for and my son couldn’t wait to try out the play area! Just a lovely stay all round. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again the next time we visit the area."

"We only spent one night here but our room was warm, comfortable and spacious. There was a good choice for breakfast and the staff were all friendly. "Great little location, quirky room with two bedrooms, and low beams, creaky floors and higgledypiggeldy layout all of which was a joy! Much better than the generic box rooms you get given at chain hotels. It was all well equiped and well functioning. Double bed not the comfiest I’ve slept on - a relatively thin mattress. All the same, it was warm, cosy, and perfect for what I needed this weekend. Friendly staff and a nice relaxed atmosphere. Full English breakfast was sensational. Thank you. "
