"This is a beautiful location. The only negative was at night you could hear the interstate, but it was not enough to keep us awake. The inside of the property is wonderful, immaculately clean, very well stocked and equipped. It feels very isolated, but is in fact, very convenient to western Knoxville and Farragut. We wouldn’t rebook this property though and I’ll tell you why (Vacasa Rental) 1. Found a Depends diaper in the lower level by the couch upon check-in. 2. "The Blue Valley Inn was just what we needed for a recent stay in Knoxville. It was within minutes of downtown, the Ijams Nature Center and the Knoxville Botanical Gardens and Arboretum. The house was clean and comfortable, nicely decorated and homey. Nice touches, though we didn't need them, were things for children - sippy cups, child-size eating utensils, etc. and a swing set! "Cozy little place right next to downtown Knoxville. Its a very old place, and looks and feels it. But it served my purpose for a couple of nights. Jake, the property manager, is great and was always very prompt to respond to queries."

The house itself is exactly as described and the deck area is amazing. We had many morning and evening swims. We had 6 adults, 4 teens, one pre teen. This house was more than accommodating for us.
