"I understand the hotel is undergoing renovations, but a big reason we booked this hotel was the option to have a hot tub, which was no in service. It would have been helpful to know this when the room was booked. Other than that issue, the hotel was nice, clean and staff was friendly."

"The management is great but the property needs some attention. Twice in a year the hot t8b is br9ken and pool looks dirty, the shower tib needs replacing, ac unit was terribly draftu, had to put a towell over it..."

"Nice hotel on the edge of the historic district. Easy walk to shopping, dining and the River Walk. Friendly staff and very pet friendly hotel makes this a great choice for everyone and people traveling with pets in particular. This is a repeat visit for us."

"My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn Exp. In particular, we enjoyed the city view and pool on the rooftop. The hotel has a bar. Parking in the garage next to the hotel costs approximately $14. The staff was attentive and courteous. However, I didn't like the fact that a man thought it was okay to bring his dog into the breakfast dining hall; no, it wasn't a service dog. He seemed offended by the statement that I made to my husband about food safety issues."
