"The trip and the hotel were great! Loved the resort and the staff. My 1 complaint is that when we arrived, our door was left open and our room was not prepared before we arrived. Beds weren’t made, shower curtain left on bed etc. "

"The people we worked with were all great. The front desk manager, the activities agent Lori was super great and a few of the staff around the facility. I do however wish the hotel was more updated. It just has an older appearance. Also i wish there was never a bug issue. We do always see some kind of bugs in our rooms/on the floor. Also i wish the bathrooms were spick and span, specially the floors. Oh and the beds are very hard, i dont prefer that firm. For those that do, they will love that!...
