"Booked a 3 night stay with hot tub to arrive at Lodge to find no hottub looked forward to this break for weeks for it to be ruined"

Do NOT book via VRBO!!!!!!
"I booked this lodge via VRBO as a mini break for my birthday with my 8 year old son. The VRBO website clearly stated that the lodge had a private hot tub, as did my booking confirmation. However, upon arrival I discovered that there was NO hot tub. The actual lodge was lovely but VRBO mis-advertised ..."
