Small room as we stayed in a Cosy room on 2nd floor with street view. Good location near Sloane square. The lifts were a bit disfunctional (not coming very quickly, doors not closing very well/quickly) and suite small. Staff very nice. Breakfast Nice but staff slow though Nice. Overall good experience though on the expensive side.

Beautiful building with a large room. The TV selection is not the greatest but we didn’t visit London to watch TV. We look forward to visiting again. Very close to tourist sites, very easy access to public transportation, plenty of fine dining options.

If you do the lake cruise that includes the walk, make sure that you leave plenty of time for the walk as you will want to stop and look at the views around every corner.
