The pool is heated, convenient short walk from our room and the surrounding spa and amenities are outstanding. However, I cannot say enough about the impeccable staff who made us feel welcome at Christmas,"

"The property was clean but needed better access - several sets of stairs carrying luggage is not fun. Need better quality pillows. A/C clanged & banged all night. Shower was super tiny, you could barely turn around in it. "
