"We have stayed at this home several times over the last several years to visit our son and his family. The property was sold recently and there was some transition that had to happen with Vrbo. Both the old owner and new owner reached out to me to help with that transition. Communications was great. Also, Kane honored my requests to have a blender in the kitchen, additional wash cloths in the bathroom and to remove Fabreze pods from the outlets. He was very nice to accommodate these requests. ...

"Great location, easy drive to campus and close to restaurants and shopping. Perfect for multiple families or a girls’ trip with each bedroom having its own private bath. Covered deck area is nice for outdoor meals. Room to park 3-4 cars inside the gated yard (although we did have some issues with the gate functioning). My only suggestions to improve the stay would be to provide a hair dryer in each room, more plastic/non-breakable plates and cups to use outdoors, and to provide additional,...

"This home was amazing! Very clean with lots of space for our group. Absolutely beautiful views as we were right on the lake. Quiet, safe and beautiful. We were in the area for college tour of Univ of AL and to watch the game on Saturday! My dad, 81 yrs old, whose life long dream was to see Bama play ball! We made that happen and the home away from home made our stay complete! Thank you and we will definitely rent again! BTW, my nephew got accepted to UofA so we will be back! "
