"This is a beautiful hotel with beautiful views and a great location. The owner and staff are wonderful and accommodating. We arrived in the heat of August and our first room would not cool down. The owner moved us to another room with a better air conditioner fairly quickly and was so kind. Breakfast was wonderful - one of the best we had in Italy! This hotel is close to some of the best restaurants as well."

"Gorgeous hotel with ample amounts of charm. The location is excellent for exploring Tuscany and Florence. It has every bit the look and feel of a five star hotel that costs hundreds of dollars more. That being said, it lacks the touches of a true luxury hotel. Bath amenities were scarce (no conditioner, bath wash, or wash cloths provided and the hair dryer was one you would find in a cheap motel) the lack of power outlets also made the room challenging.
