Be prepared for noise. You hear everything from your room. Large young groups of people and their moms tormented the hallways until 3am. Unfortunately the staff was not able to control them and the group ruined our night’s stay. I understand you can’t control people’s actions but you can inform couples staying in a hotel that a teenage hockey team will be surrounding you during your stay. Quite disappointed that I was not able to leave my stay with a proper night sleep. The hotel manager was supposed to reach out to me but hasn’t. A shame on a few different levels.

Bed was very comfortable and the highlight of our stay. Overall the room was basic, bathroom was very simple, few toiletries and that’s it. A bit of noise outside the room from other guests and kids. Felt I didn’t get the value for the money it costed.

I love the woodsy setting and the resort vibe. A lot of the features such as the gym, tennis courts, basketball court, etc are tucked away off the beaten track. Our double queen room was spacious and well-appointed. The beds were really comfortable. The hotel was pretty quiet and relaxed. We liked having an outdoor and indoor pool. The amenities of Collingwood are close at hand.
