Minor cleanliness issues aside, we had no problem getting into the house, which was well-located right off the main road in Colonie. "The apartment was adequate for our stay in the Albany area to attend my niece's wedding. There was plenty of room and the apartment was clean. The owners are in the process of renovating so at this time there is work that needs to be done. We would have liked to spend time in the yard and build a campfire down by the river but there was some construction going on in the back of the house. Overall, it was a nice stay and will likely be even nicer when the renovations are complete."

"Cute little apartment perfect for what we needed it for. My daughter (8 yrs) and I traveled in to Albany for the TSO concert and needed a place to stay. The apartment is so cute and very clean and comfy. If you aren't from the area, I could see perceptions of concerns about safety but my daughter and I walked to and from the arena and felt perfectly safe. Communications with Linda were great. Check in and out was easy peasy. We will look to book again if we return to Albany. "

"There were no cups of glasses in the room. The woodwork is broken and scuffed as are the walls, there are tears in the upholstered chairs. There is mold in the tub and it does not drain; its still full of water. The hotel lobby is bleak, even desolate. The bar has all the appeal of East Berlin under communist rule."
