You'll feel right at home at this comfortable family house nestled among the pines of Woodland Park!

**Fire Place & Pellet stove downstairs is NOT for use! Its a $1500 Fine if either is used!**
*4 bedroom, 3 bath with NO A/C as this house is in the mountains!

You will enter the home through the front door (please note there are about 5 steps leading up to the front door). This is a split level house- when you enter the home, there are about 5 steps leading upstairs and 5 steps leading downstairs.

Upstairs you will find the main kitchen and dining area, a spacious living room with a TV, two full bathrooms (one with a tub), and three bedrooms. Of the three bedrooms upstairs, one is equipped with a king bed, one has two single beds and one has bunk beds.

Downstairs you will find another living room with a daybed, a kitchenette appointed with a full sized fridge, stove and oven and coffee maker, a queen bedroom and a full bathroom.

The home does have a garage, but there is not room for vehicles to park inside it. We have free parking in the driveway. About 4 vehicles can fit in the driveway.

There is a washer and dryer in the garage.
