Our family skied & enjoyed the hot springs. We had a great time & loved having such an awesome place to call “home base” for the week. "

"Loved staying at the place. Had a little issue with the lockbox not opening. Gate to the community had its code changed mid stay with no warning, but contact with the guest services resolved that quickly. We thought the hot tub was on the unit we stayed in but the hot tub is in a clubhouse but fully accessible."

"We loved this beautiful home. It is in the heart of Pagosa Springs and yet was so quiet and peaceful. We loved the fireplace. The primary bedroom on the main floor allowed the adults to go bed early while the teens had the upstairs to themselves. We enjoyed day passes to the Hot Springs that is 1/2 mile away. The kitchen is very well stocked. We have learned that eating in a tourist town during high tourist season means eating at home/ordering takeout. Eat-in kitchen was well used. And don't...

The towels and bed sheets were clean, which was very important to us. The views from the windows were stunning, and the atmosphere of the house was so inviting.
