"The first impression of this hotel was that of simple, understated class. This is a comfortable, elegant, and accommodating place without trying to portray some sort of unrealistic fantasy of grandeur. Service was friendly with a sincere kindness that is often missed in the world of cultivated service-industry niceties. The room was comfortable with a warm ambience - not a hint of sterility.
I will certainly stay here again. The proximity to excellent dining options was an unanticipated bonus. I recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort and class without the gaudy forced enthusiasm of other hotels serving the “modern urban”category. "

"They were more than accommodating for anything that you need. The room was very clean and spacious. The staff were helpful with directions and spoke very clear English. "
"This is a hidden gem in downtown Montreal. Had a family suit for a family of 5 and it was very spacious. The kitchen and large dinning table allowed us to cook a few meals “at home” after busy days travelling the city. This location is walkable to Old Montreal, Rue St. Catherine and the metro. We had a great week. We loved the deck upstairs and breakfast was great to start off our day. "
"A perfect place to stay if you are going to a concert/event at the Bell Centre! It is only a few minute walk down the street!
A good choice of restaurants and shopping all within walking distance as well. Overall a fantastic location and great hotel!"
