"We were very pleased with our stay. Only wish there was a refrigerator in our room as depicted. I needed it for my insulin. Other than that it was a pleasant experience."

"Great location with lake views and spacious rooms. Service was top notch all around. Bar is fabulously decorated with attentive service. We dined off property and there were many good options to explore in Galway. Parking is easy as is local transportation. Do not recommend driving off property to dinner etc as parking in the city is limited so we used the readily available taxis and it worked great. The decor could use some updating (style preference more than wear and tear) and that’s a minor suggestion. "

"The layout is easy to get around and the restaurant/bar has a special section for residents, which is nice when the restaurant is full. Highly recommend!"
"We arrived early and front desk had our two rooms already ready! We checked in without issues, had free onsite parking, nothing to complain about as it was perfect use for our one night stay. Very secure hotel as well. "
