"No compaints about service, check in, staff or room. Breakfast was very pleasant except for fried egg which were dry where they had been out a while. Selection was very good and plentiful. What let the hotel down for me was spa/pool facilities. Pool was cold, steps in and out of pool felt very unsafe for older people like myself. Treatments were very good but i missed having a quiet relaxation room with loungers in, to have a quiet lie down. The room in use was not particularly comfy to do...
