"We normally do the all inclusive holidays but this year decided to drive and stay in a villa. Matt the host was always available if both pre during and post our stay for any questions issue concerns we had. We were not disappointed with this property this is massive an as family of 7 we never felt we were on top of each other. It is beautiful and our kids were in there element the lol was great the same room is perfect and we never wanted to come home we will be visiting again. Happy kids...

"We are a family of 5, with 3 teens. We had so much space in really clean and comfortable surroundings. Communication was excellent and Martine and Jean were good hosts. The pool area with outdoor kitchen was lovely and peaceful and the garage with ping pong a treat! Would recommend to families or groups. "Smelly property that did not feel clean, didn’t feel like a particularly safe neighbourhood - and the double door and strong locking mechanisms only made us more worried. Old towels, bedding didn’t smell clean, untidy bathroom. We stayed the night as a last resort and got out of there early in the morning. Went to Carcassonne a castle that was unexpectedly large and beautiful. "

"We had an excellent 1 night stay at Sowell Le Chevaliers. The staff was very patient during our check in. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Carcassonne. The room was clean and nicely appointed with a walkout spacious terrace. We wish we could have stayed another night.
