"The location was perfect for exploring Lisbon, and the host’s kindness and thoughtfulness were truly heartwarming. I especially loved the handwritten postcard, and the overall design of the accommodation was just my style. Staying in such a beautiful place made my time here unforgettable."

10/10 Excellent
"Very helpful staff. Gave us good information about how to get around and appreciated us with a welcome gift and a parting gift because we stayed for a longer period of time. Rooftop bar is a nice place to go to have a drink and get some good views of the city. Rooms are simple but spacious. Appreciated our stay here. "
"My stay exceeded my expectations. We were greeted by a very helpful guy at the front desk, who stored our bags and looked up directions for us. The room had a clean, bold design with incredible views of the city from the fifth floor. The room was spacious and so was the bathroom. The two twin beds were very comfortable, and the couch bed was suitable for a smaller sized person. I would absolutely stay here again due to the customer service, location, and style of the hotel. There is an elevator that was out of order for the first few hours we were there. This property is not handicap accessible. There is a flight of stairs to get from the street to the first floor the elevator is located there and is very small. Thank you for an incredible stay. "
"The hotel was very well placed and easy to use as a base for the exploration of Lisbon and the attractions available.
However what would have been even better would be the availability of an in hotel bar providing drinks and refreshments. "
"The staff went above and beyond to assist us in getting around. We rented a car and they were excellent in helping with parking. The breakfast staff were amazing … thank you ladies, you made our stay extra special as well. The evenings were so quiet and the mornings lovely to walk about. Great location for the train to Sintra for the day … just a great hotel in a great location!! Highly recommend. "
"Wonderful hotel in a great area. Parking garage makes it very easy if you have a car. The staff was wonderful and hotel was very clean. Would definitely recommend to others."
