"Great location and lots of options for pools. This is a solid B+ hotel. The rooms are large and the views are fantastic! They have the airport transfer well organized and work with you to keep your luggage after checkout, but they require 10 am checkout, which is earlier than most hotels. The staff was friendly but were very slow to respond to requests or just said they wouldn't be able to help. It seemed like they were constantly under staffed. "We stayed in the bungalows which I think is a better option than the large high-rise hotel. The amenities are wonderful- pools are lovely and you are a 2 minute walk to Cat's Eye Beach. We hiked Passage Peak- the trail entrance a 10 minute walk from the bungalows. We utilized the little kitchen in the bungalow and shopped at the local IGA which is a 10 minute walk away. "We had a great stay the cabins are really comfortable and we were able to do laundry easily. Stores our bags during our whitsunday sail trip. Staff are very nice and they have everything you need. Great price and location. Loved the tropical setting. "

"Property is perfect for families. A bit run down but perfect for what we needed. You do have to walk up a small hill to get to the property but it is very walkable. The bathrooms could do with a regrout and silicone "

"We had a great stay and the apartment we had ( which had an amazingly sea view) was perfect for our needs. We had a small issue with our balcony and the problem was fixed within an hour which shows fabulous service from the staff. The reception staff were very friendly and always willing to help. The pool area and gym was also excellent. "

"Our stay here was incredible. Romantic and relaxing. This place offers a little slice of paradise to unwind in. The location is secluded and spectacular. (Note you do need to book a transfer from Hamilton Island Airport, either two boats or via a 5 min helicopter flight - which is a lovely way to see the islands!) The staff are all fantastic, a big thank you to Alice and the entire team. They are caring, attentive (no request was too hard) whilst ensuring you also have your space. "

"I can’t believe how beautiful this place is ! Best resort in Hamilton island. Everything is accessible. Free shuttles to take you anywhere you want all you need is to call and they pick you put and drop you off anywhere. The staff are amazing, honestly so lovely and their service couldn’t fault. I would recommend this place if you want an outstanding experience. Loved every moment at the beach club ! Thank you guys so much for making this an experience. "

"The view was lovely . Our accommodation was spotless and had everything we needed . Staff were very helpful. I would definitely recommend it to anybody looking for a comfortable , reasonably priced stay . It is an easy walk to shops and restaurants but an uphill climb on the way back ! "

"This property provided everything we expected and more! The house is lovely and has everything you need and more - a home away from home. Conway Beach is beautiful. Amazing location if you are looking for a peaceful, relaxing holiday with beautiful views and easy access to the beach. Our host Jenny was both kind and accommodating and went out of her way to ensure that we had nice stay. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend. :) We will definitely be back! "
