"My reviews are based not in comparison to the best hotels I’ve stayed at but what I expected to come into. All travel sites put it as a 2-3 star hotel so thats what I expected. Some pictures put it as a previous Rodeway Inn so there’s also that. I’ve stayed at other Roadway Inn’s before so and they have served it’s purpose. Yes there are upgrades that could be made but you could see they were trying since there was new flooring. The bed was comfortable, the pillows were good, and the room got cold….all I could ask for. Location was great…walking distance to the downtown area for a lot of restaurants/bars and Starbucks. Best surprise was it was across the street from Gus’s World Famous Fried Chicken. I happened to see the door and neon sign walking back from Starbucks…IYKYK. Only let down but not a deal breaker, was there was an ice machine but it didn’t work. The room had a small fridge and microwave so all my needs were met. The neighboring hotel looks like it’s been remodeled from a cheaper chain (picture might have shown Sure Stay), but my room was actually bigger than my friend’s room who stayed at that one. Overall it was a last minute trip to catch a Dodgers/Cubs game during Spring Training, visit Sedona and get some DTPHX action, so the price was right and I had a great trip. Would I stay there again…hell yes! "

"We were so impressed by this hotel! It’s an old motel renovated into a super trendy and fun place to stay. The pool was warm, plenty of places to relax, and poolside service was amazing. The rooms are clean, modern, and updated. Everything was exceptional from check in to check out. "

"It was very clean, and was a beautiful room with fresh paint. The towels smelled nice, I had no issues at all. The noise was quiet as well, it surprised me since I assumed it would be noisy being on a main road but it was not. I recommend this place to anyone."

"Hotel met my expectations based on what I paid. In a very convenient area of town. Breakfast was decent, pool looked nice, but we didn’t use it. Bed was comfortable."
