Room needs paint for bathroom and doors. Elevator not working. Mediocre lumpy pillows. I’ve visited this Laquinta annually for the last 20 years. Less upkeep and routine maintenance noted every year. Won’t be staying there in the future.

The elevator was broken. Was told out for the last 4weeks. We should have been notified that they had no working elevator. We were on the 4th floor and had to carry the luggage with a bad back.. Also no hot water in shower.

Upon checking into hotel, we were notified the elevators didn’t work! Once we got to our room, all we wanted to do was take a HOT shower. No hot or warm water. Wasn’t just our room it was the same issue for 4 other groups that came with us. You get free breakfast though 👍

We were not advised in advance that the elevator in the building was not working and one of my guest has a leg issue and had to be helped up stairs. The carpet in the hallway is dirty and smelly...the place is going down to the dumps.

This property is rundown dirty. The elevator did not work. The air conditioning did not work. The staff were unwilling to refund any of our money, even though we checked out early, I would never stay in this property again. I would never recommend it to anyone.
