"Welcome to the green heart of Umbria! This cozy apartment (ground floor) is part of a beautifully restored 12th-century building. Enjoy the surroundings from your private terrace or take a refreshing dip in the shared swimming pool. This place is ideal for a family vacation. Grocery shops and bakery are all within walking distance; only 200 meters away! The holiday home is located between the two main attractions of this province: Perugia (13 km) and lake Trasimeno (20 km). Both are must-visit! Perugia is a lively student town where you can spend many hours in cafés and shopping streets. Lake Trasimeno offers many possibilities. A visit to the religious town Assisi (30 km) to see a big colonnade and the famous St. Francis basilica, beautifully restored after the 1997 earthquake is a must. Hit a ball on the tennis court. The amenities of this holiday home will ensure a really fun vacation, both inside and outdoors! Close the day with a barbecue meal in the well-furnished garden. "

La Rocca Di Mantignana ist ein wunderschöner Ort zum Verweilen. Wir wohnten in „La colombaia“, einem der Apartments. Es gab drei Schlafzimmer, ein sehr geräumiges Wohnzimmer, zwei Badezimmer, eine Küche und eine schöne private Terrasse. Die Domäne verfügt auch über einen Swimmingpool und einen Tennisplatz. Von der Domäne aus haben Sie einen Blick auf einige typisch umbrische Dörfer in den Hügeln. Wir wurden von Lambert freundlich empfangen und seine Tochter Anna übersetzte das Notwendige ins Englische. Wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche und das Schwimmbad und die alten Bäume sorgten für Abwechslung, denn draußen war es sehr heiß. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist, dass die Sanitäranlagen aufgrund des kalkhaltigen Wassers etwas mangelhaft sind, aber das ändert nichts daran, dass wir bei einem erneuten Besuch in Umbrien wieder hierher kommen werden!
