Bathrooms were remodelled during pandemic and are holding up well, can’t say the same for the carpeting, which needs to be redone. "We walked from the airport to the hotel and the hotel parking lot, which we had to cross, had no lights at all. It was after 11 p.m and very dark thus making it a hard walk It was also hard to operate the doors with all my luggage and no one from reception offered any help. . The room service pizza was greasy and unsatisfying. Room excellent. "

The rooms have all been updated, they were very clean, all 4 adults were comfortable and felt safe. The breakfast is plentiful. The hotel is within walking distance to downtown Cork.
