"Loved the size and comfort of the family room with 2 queen beds. Small but functional kitchenette and large bathroom. Very nicely decorated and wonderful soft bed. Would highly recommend for family, easy walking to shops and marina and great restaurant for breakfast next door. Heated pool to. "

"It was our first stay at the Anchorage having been recommended by friends and we were not disappointed. Our room overlooking the Marina was beautiful. The champagne breakfasts were amazing as was our anniversary dinner at the Galley Kitchen. We could not fault it. We would gladly come back."

"That's really amazing!!! Kids definitely love there! We booked a swim out apartment and my kids can just swim out and we just watch them on the balcony. If you booked a 2 bedder swim out apartment, they would say they don't have, and they would give you one studio and one bedder. That's common there but they are both connected together. So don't worry about it too much. The swimming pool is well maintained as well. Very cool."

"We were given a friendly welcome at reception on booking in. Our room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. The only downer was the fridge. Not sure it is good to be enclosed in a cupboard. It also had a broken shelf. A couple of plates would have been convenient too."

"It's an older style gem, affordable, clean, comfortable, off street parking and close to cafe's and the waterfront. The proprietor was friendly and hospitable. We had a nice stay. Thanks"
