Cooper's Retreat is a comfortable 4-bedroom home in the Ocean Sands community, just 1200 feet from the beach access. The large private pool and hot tub on the pool deck will add to your family's complete beach vacation experience. [Note: no dogs or other animals are allowed in this home.]

TOP LEVEL:
The great room has several areas to gather with family members, either in the living area or in the screened porch or on the south-facing sun deck, all with furniture designed for relaxation and comfort. The well-stocked kitchen has island seating for 4 and the dining table can seat 8. There is a half bath by the kitchen. The Queen Master Suite on this level has a private bath (shower/tub combo) with deck access to the screened porch. [Note: gas fireplace not for guest use.]

MID LEVEL:
The King Master Suite has deck access and its private bath has a shower/tub combo. The Queen bedroom shares a bathroom between the third bedroom on this level which has both a Pyramid Bunk and a Twin Bed for children. All rooms have flat-screen TVs. The rooms have access to the back covered deck and/or to the front porch with deck furniture and a porch swing.

GROUND LEVEL:
In the Lounge area, there is a second full-size refrigerator by the kitchenette, a game table that can be converted into a Pool table and large flat-screen TV. A second half bath is on this level. A sliding door leads to the pool deck with room for relaxation and sunbathing or cool off in the private pool (12' x 28'). Beachgoers can shower off by using the outdoor shower and at the end of the day, enjoy using the hot tub. There is a park-style charcoal grill available. There is parking for 4-5 vehicles.
