"Great size and love the decks and the view! Suggestions: Better beds in the sleep out! Particularly the bunk beds!!! The ladder fell and almost hit one of the kids who was sleeping in the double bed. Because it’s a sleep out, all of the beds should be a series of bunk beds instead of the two double and queen beds. "Although this property is within easy access to the beach and the river we found the bedrooms lacked storage space, the outdoor furniture was very difficult to manage as it is heavy, unstable and hard to move. Being able to spend as much time as possible outside is important for a family. We used the bar b que and found only 2 burners worked. "We knew it was likely to be rainy weather, which it was. This house was the perfect perch to watch the storms and rainbows over the bay and surrounding hills. It was well equipped with games that kept us amused learning new ones, and we enjoyed cooking dinners and breakfasts together in the also well equipped kitchen.
