Location was okay and they had cart to take you to beach or market but the trouble was if you spoke english they ignored you. There was No customer service at all at the hotel. Nobody asked us if we wanted a drink while at the pool and we had lunch once at the hotel and we where the only one in there eating.. too bad for a hotel to have zero customer service

Very good value for money. Spacious villas with good appliances, comfortable beds, helpful staff and services. Location is not bad as it is easy to get to night market with buggy. Other places are easily accessible by getting a Grab. Parts of the hotel is still under construction so beware that noise can be an issue. Mia and her manager were very helpful and apologetic in addressing the noise issues and it was resolved efficiently.

One of the best places on my trip. Everything was great, from the modern, clean rooms to the super impressive views. There are many host around here but I recommend LUNA SOL, she is really great and always supports you quickly
