This 2-bedroom, 2-bath beauty is perfect for the whole family, with comfy seating and an open-concept living space for everyone to hang out and make memories. The kitchen is a chef’s dream with sleek white granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everything you need to cook up a storm for the crew. Kick back at the resort-style pool or let the kids (and the young at heart) sail away on the giant pirate ship playground. With room for up to 8 guests, this brand-new townhome brings comfort and excitement for everyone, including your four-legged pals!

CLEANING
-CLEAN BED PROMISE: Padre Escapes launders our standardized linen, including every comforter, every sheet, every pillowcase, every towel - EVERY TIME!
-After each stay we replace all towels and linens from our 6100SF laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels and washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property, along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These starter amenities are provided for your convenience until you can go shopping and are not replenished during your stay: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your arrival.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-A signed Rental Agreement is required prior to check in. Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older and have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID. The ID must match the guest’s name on the reservation.
-DOG FRIENDLY PROPERTY: MAXIMUM OF TWO DOGS/NO WEIGHT RESTRICTION.
-$100 per pet fee (7 days or less), $200 (8-29 days), $300 (30+ days).
-$50 pet cleaning fee (7 days or less), $75 (8-29 days), $100 (30+ days).

It was rainy and cloudy most of the time we were here, but it was still a great beach vacation because we were staying in a cute beach cottage! I was so grateful for that! The cottage was super cute and very clean! The pool and area directly around the cottage is very cute and fun! Feels like a beach resort. The rental agency was very pleasant to work with and contributed positively to our vacation time … no stress!!! Very important for a relaxing vacation. Thank you Padre Escapes!

The location of Beachy Keen is walking distance to the beach for my older kids to fish, but gives my little one a fun play area right outside our front door. The house fits my large family perfectly and everything you need for cooking meals is readily available. Very clean and well kept townhouse and grounds.

We did find a couple of used, dirty washcloths left in the bathrooms when we arrived. Also..... I was shocked to find out we had to put the sheets on the top bunk bed ourselves.
