"Wonderful property with panoramic deck overlooking the city. Close to a nice grocery store. Nice basic kitchen with microwave and coffee maker. Hosts were very helpful and the property is an excellent location. It is a loft so ceiling clearance is limited in places and it is a four story walkup. Enjoyed our stay. "

"Our stay at Grandiben was very quiet, comfortable and was in a great location. 5 minutes to the water bus and San Marco. Emanuela met us at the water bus when we arrived and was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were large and kitchen well equipped. The bathrooms have been renovated and the washer and dryer were appreciated. We would definitely recommend this property!"

"Property was as described,-lovely with plenty of space and everything you needed and exceptionally clean. Paride was very happy to help and accommodate any requests. Thoughtful food items left in the cupboards as well as a delicious tiramasu which didn't last long! Trains into venice pretty much ran on time which was great. All in all a great place to stay for visiting Venice. Thank you! 😊"

"We were in Veneto for over a week so being close to the train station, car rentals, and taxi stop was a Plus. We used all of them. The apartment is big enough for 4 people because of double beds in 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. The area is very quiet and close to good restaurants, not the tourist restaurants in the main way. Comms with manager was excellent"

"My wife and I stayed here 5 nights and had a wonderful time. Clean & modern yet retains it's country charm. The rooftop terrace is amazing. The bedrooms were large and nicely decorated. "The home is nice and the staff we met on the first day was also good. However the only air conditioning was in the bedrooms and 1 out of the 2 showers worked. I booked this property purposely for the 2 showers being a family of 5. The shower downstairs had rotting Sheetrock everywhere. We also had to kill scorpion one evening."

"We stayed June 30-July 3 and our stay was perfect. Silvia met us at S.Silvestro and it was a very short walk to the apartment from there. She gave us a list of dining suggestions when we asked, we didn’t cook at all, but the kitchen would work great if you wanted to cook. We had a small issue with the hot water, but Alberto was able to instruct us via text quickly how to fix it. Everything you would need is very close by, we loved our visit."
