This hotel had absolutely everything we could have needed! Our two toddlers loved the soccer field, mini putt, water slide, and pools. The breakfast buffet was delicious, varied and plentiful. The other restaurants were also great, especially Bijao for seafood dinner and Fogon for a great grilled lunch. The drinks were delicious and refreshing. The beach was great - the sand is darker than the Caribbean but is fine and great to relax and play in. The water was warm and the waves were great for our kids! The hotel was safe, the staff were fantastic and the facilities were clean and well maintained. It’s also a 10mins drive from the old city and 15mins from the port for any boat tours - you can request an uber or take a taxi parked in front of the hotel. We had an unforgettable stay and we can’t wait to come back!

First time in Dreams CARTAGENA. Had triedthe one in Panama years ago which was better . Need to improve on quality of food also service . Even their specialty resturant “ portofiho” was less than average. Food quality specifically the meats are below average. Staff are nice but few of them speak english. Need more staff that understand basic level specially the security. Delayed entry more than once as we had to explain eventually in Spanish we learned that we are staying in the resort.

The property was beautiful, small but beautiful. There were no washcloths in room had to ask each time. Staff very helpful and nice. Very accommodating as well. Breakfast was like continental breakfast but with eggs to order. No meat options at all. Very cozy nice stay. Overall, very wonderful stay would definitely stay again.

The service in the property was horrible. - Don't have 2 key for any room (We book 4 room) - At night the personal was sleeping (we just knock like 20 minute for open the doors) - Humidity super high - The manager was horrible - Pool amenity was 0, no bar, no personal. The best was the breakfast and the lady over there, she safe the experience. Honestly was super sad the experience.
