Muris at the breakfast buffet was also very pleasant! From the moment we arrived, Emerson went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive—checking in on us at just the right times without being intrusive. What really stood out was Emerson’s attention to detail. He remembered our drink orders, including my kids’ preferences, which made us feel genuinely cared for. It’s rare to come across someone who delivers such personalized service with a smile every single day. Emerson’s hospitality and professionalism are on another level. If he isn’t already a manager, he absolutely has the skills to be one! He truly deserves recognition (and a raise!).
