"We were advised of a "late" charge fee which was not present when first placing the booking on Expedia. However, after booking the charges were added to the listing description, however after contacting the company we were advise we should not pay this fee as it was added afterwards. The house is situated in a one way street. It extremely difficult to get to by car and there is absolutely no parking available anywhere near the house. "We had an absolutely wonderful time in this house. Josep and Rosa were brilliant hosts, so helpful and kind. The house offered everything we could wish for. It was immaculate and spacious, and on request Josep kindly found us weekly cleaners to help us keep it that way! We have a 4.5 year old and 1.5 year old and there was plenty of space for everyone, with a cot and high chair provided too. "Esther was there to welcome us and show us around when we arrived. She can't speak English but has an app on her phone so this was not a problem at all. She was very welcoming and available if we had any questions or problems. The house is very comfortable and fully equipped although a kettle would have been nice, we managed with the microwave. "Great place, great workers, excellent stay. Far drives for food/downtown activities but nothing outrageous. Only issues we had were the cleaning staff would bang on our doors repeatedly even after repeatedly saying no thank you, and we had a key card go as well as some money go missing from our room while we were out. Other than those minor things, excellent stay! 10/10 recommend! "

"We had a lovely one night stay at the end of our Honeymoon. Our suite was beautiful. The bed was big and comfortable. There's two balconies and loads of lovely light and views which you don't see in the pictures. The staff was so helpful and friendly. The spent tome in the SPA which was amazing and so well worth a visit. The location is great and in a quiet part of the town. Lastly the breakfast was fabulous.
