"We very much enjoyed our stay. We left Los Angeles after the Palisades and Eaton fires began and are glad we found this place. The 1bdrm was perfect for our family of 3. The property is right up next to PCH so it can get noisy but it was wonderful to hear the waves at night. We also appreciated the bridge access to the beach, it was convenient. Not much to walk to though but there were stores within a 5min drive away. "

"We really enjoyed our stay. The whole process was easy and the house had everything we needed. We had an issue with the shower not draining and they responded right away. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is that the place is a bit run down, could really use a fresh coat of paint and the towels provided were quite thin. Also, my son vapes and it's not allowed on the property at all, not outside or on the deck. But again, for the price, we would stay there again. "

"Overall nice and quiet location nestled in the hills. Liked having a garage for our vehicle. Need to warn future guests of stairs descending to unit. Believed 1st floor to mean no stairs. The furniture was not very comfortable and most of the unit was clean except the floors. Our socks were filthy after walking the floors.
