"We are genuinely puzzled by some very harsh negative reviews. Yes, the hotel could do with some TLC but it needs to be compared to its Canarian competitors in the same price range. And there we find it good value. We again found it clean enough, bedding and towels changed regularly and with plenty to eat, Large rooms with private balconies nearly all with Sea/Pool views. "We've had a fab time at Neptuno Suites .We would not rate it 2 star - it is easily 3 star .The apartment was lovely and spacious .The pool area was clean and tidy .The apartments were close to the beach shops and restaurants .We had a lovely relaxing break and would come back again ad recommend to family and friends "

"Great stay and even more fanatstic staff. Hotel has very good facilities, two outdoor pools and spacious rooms. We opted for half-board and I have to stay breakfast and dinner were really worth it. Food felt slightly repetitive after two weeks of stay though. Hotel is very close to a small supermarket and plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. "Friendly reception team. Apartments are a lovely size and had a nice view of the pool. Easy to park outside. Pool was warm and lots of sunbeds. The kitchen was well equipped and very clean. Really happy we chose this apartment for the facilities and the location."
