"I can not say enough how fantastic this accommodation / location / staff were. "Check in location is a few minutes walk away from actual apartments, which I knew. But they dont even offer to take you or your luggage to the location. The heat didnt work and after multiple attempts to get someone they finally came over and changed our apartment to yet another apartment with no heat and limited working outlets.Customer service is none existent. It was near a shopping center and some fast food but I wouldve rather traveled for food and been comfortable. "

We'd walk to the Dockland shop area for breakfast, then continue walking into the city centre for our destinations. We also found it to be a safe location.
