"Newer hotel on the way to Honeymoon Park causeway. Lobby is up one floor to accommodate the new building codes to raise all new buildings one story. Very modern big rooms. Very accommodating front desk ladies. Great breakfast in the AM lobby area. We needed a couple of extra hours in the AM and they accommodated us. Great local Dunedin hotel right before the causeway. "

"Front desk was SO friendly and sweet! The check in area was decorated for the holidays and made it feel very welcoming. Better water pressure than I have at home lol! Clean floors. Only thing was that the bedframe was tattered and the clothes hangers were really rusted."
