"This is an old hotel. The walls are thin and you can hear through them. It is a bit worn here and there. The beds are not ultra comfortable. But it is clean and the staff is wonderful. It is safe and convenient to the heart of the city. If you want modern and ultra comfort this is not for you. "Very walkable, convenience store close-by. Canal & boats about 10-15 min easy walk. Reakfasr is excellent. Comfortable room-we didn’t have much of a view but didn’t matter as in room to allow. Comfortable bed, crisp linens. Very enjoyable stay Be certain to take one of the boat rides, we did it @ sunset & it was unique. Planned to do a walking tour in am but person cancelled @ last minute."

"For the price, this property was good. A little tired- but has a cozy feel, like your aunt’s house in Des Moines. There were no frills- a bed, shower, tv and there is no elevator - but it’s only 2 floors. Location is perfect for exploring Aveiro. Drawbacks- it was very cold in our room.
