The only complaint is coming from Melbourne the townhouse was quite warm and the main bedrooms air-conditioner unfortunately doesn't run very well so I had to stay in one of the smaller rooms which both were lovely and cool but coming from Victoria we could not sleep in the main room due to the room not cooling down for our needs. The kitchen was also very understocked and we unfortunately didnt have the basics to be able to do a few things we had...

"My family & I absolutely loved our stay at this property. Very clean, well maintained and had everything we needed for the 2 weeks. The pool was perfect. The beds are extremely comfortable. Had lots of wildlife visit every night. Only downfall is there aren't blinds in any rooms, apart from the bedrooms."

"I have put in a complaint as owner never contacted us (despite many attempts by myself to contact them also) to advise on access to property so we had to do a last minute booking elsewhere. Annoyed at response by phone consultant to 'go to the property and if we couldn't get in they'd help then by arranging alternative accomodation'. Not helpful when we were arriving at 1am....."
