"Kate the Reception Office Manager was excellent and went the extra mile in sorting a minor problem in our room, and even gave us two complimentary drinks. The dining is very good. "Had an amazing time at the Ramada. Very central to shoos and bars in the Cathedral quarters. We arrived at 12 and were allowed to check in early. The staff on reception couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. Had a lovely lunch in the restaurant, bar staff very friendly. The room as clean and spacious. We couldnt have asked for better for the price. Will definitely be back."
