"The property was what we expected, though it basically could use a refresh. The pool is the centerpiece, and the bottom is ready for a fresh coat of paint. I strongly suggest you add robes if you're using the words "resort" and "spa" in the name of your property. Also, our air conditioning was tough to use because the remote is old and finicky (it took two members of the cleaning staff to get it to work). "

"This property is not part of the pullman group, it is a privately owned unit. As such, the quality is not up to resort standard. The photos in the listing are very old and do not reflect the current standard. The outdoor furniture is ripped, stained and mouldy. There is a significant amount of damage including mouldy dining chairs, stained carpet, broken blind fittings and the kitchen bench is black stained all over and needs to be replaced.
