We only stayed for a night but staffs were very helpful, pleasant and professional. Rooms were clean and neat. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Toronto. Although must know about the hotel, there’s only valet parking no self park but know that the public parking next door were charging the same price as valet parking. At least valet parking takes your car to an underground parking rather than leaving your car out above ground in a public parking with no attendant. So valet parking recommended.

The hotel was exactly as pictured. It had an earthy vibe. Would definitely recommend. Beautiful bar as well!
