Unfortunately, my stay at GLOBALSTAY was disappointing overall.
- The location was different from what was advertised, which was frustrating.
- The property used a self-service check-in system and required a deposit via PayPal, which didn’t work for me. I had to pay again using an online link, and getting a refund from PayPal turned into a hassle.
- I was asked to send a photo of myself in front of the property holding the credit card I used, something I found very unusual and concerning from a privacy and security standpoint.
- There was no blanket provided for my child, and despite repeated contact with the owner, no help was offered. They insisted it should be there, but no one came to check or resolve the issue.
Given the misleading location and poor customer support, I would not recommend staying here.
