I was disappointed when I was told I could not have cheese on my "omlette." It's NOT an omlette if it has no cheese. I felt bothered by this because ine if the reasins I chose yo stay here was for the omlette. Also the pool was outdoors and I saw no mention of that in your advertising.

Prestige Cranbrook Hotel, BW Premier Collection
We really liked the Modern Olive restaurant in this hotel - excellent food and service. Pool and waterlside are in a bright natural lit large room. We liked our one bedroom suite with kitchenette and two bathrooms, it was comfortable, clean quiet.
