"The set up of the property was great. It didn’t have a tv in the living room but it had tv’s in all the bedrooms and in the basement. We couldn’t sit in the basement though because there was mold on the couches. It needs a good cleaning and dehumidifier down there. There were also spider webs and spiders in the basement, not anything scary just enough to bug you. There is an awesome ping pong table in the basement. It is on a quiet part of the lake so not a lot of boat traffic so that was nice when we’re sitting on the dock fishing. The outside needs a good power wash, the dock was nothing fancy but served its purpose. The kids enjoyed jumping off of it when they were swimming. All in all we would probably stay here again I just hope they clean up all the webs and spiders."

"We booked this stay for the wedding of our daughter on June 21, 2025. We were looking for a true experiemnce of No. GA mountains, and this place was as expected. We spent the days enjoying the mountain air in the morning and the cute surrounding mountain towns during the day. We loved this place and would be looking in the future to rent again and stay a bit longer. Owners were very kind in their reponses and their home is very lovely."

"The property is beautiful, well appointed, and in a great location. The kitchen and dining area where a bit small, in relation to the overall size of the house, especially for big families, but was not a big problem.You do need bigger trash containers, or more of them outside, because a large family can generate a lot of trash in a few days!But overall, it was a great property and we had a wonderful time! Thank you for allowing us to make lasting memories in it!"
