"This cottage was an updated, cute New England style cottage. Lovely back deck on the water offered scenic views all day long. Kitchen updated nicely. A smoke alarm went off one night because of battery issues. The washer seal was very mildewy. Trash cans were full upon our arrival so we could barely get our trash into them as requested. The towels were a bit smelly and there were not enough hand towels. Overall we were very pleased! The owners just need to work out a few maintenance or property...

"We really enjoyed our stay in Portsmouth. The host was responsive and stayed in contact during the stay. Check in was easy and the location was perfect! We enjoyed beautiful sunsets each night and the fenced in yard was perfect for our younger guests. Quiet street and perfect for a family vacation!"

"The cottage was really nice. It was clean and super cute. The only things I found uncomfortable were the beds (1 bed/1 futon). They were very, very hard and we should have brought our own pillows. The ones on the bed were really flat and there were no pillows for the futon. Otherwise, we really liked the cottage and were happy with our booking. "
