"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay"

"Really good stay, initially promptly greeted at the front door. Then offered a coffee which was really welcome after the long drive. I was then taken to the room which had recently been refurbished. Great TV and en-suite with plenty of hot water. Kettle, Coffe & tea in room. "

"The property was in a great location for what we needed. Communication with the owner wasn’t the best and we had to go through Expedia finally get any response which was the only downside. If you’re going to stay here buy a permit through the property as you’ll have a wider option as to where you can park and for a full 24 hours. It costs £10. We originally booked this property as it advertised it had parking, slightly misleading as it’s very busy and not parking attached to the property but a...

"We stayed in a lovely room which was an upgrade from our original booking at no extra charge it was very clean and fresh with quality bedding and towels lovely extra touches too, the owners were very welcoming we had only booked one night we were visiting our daughter so didn't stay for breakfast but it looked tasty, will definitely book on our next visit "

"Had a fine time, everything was a good reasonable standard, clean room. The cleaner / maintenance young gentleman that greeted me at reception as I was early for check in, was absolutely wonderful, thoughtful, considerate and very friendly. He couldn’t possibly have been more considerate regarding my arrival. "

"The room was pretty tiny, and the traffic on the street below was loud. The gentleman who checked me in was very polite and carried my suitcase for me. There is only one restaurant nearby that was pretty lousy. Otherwise, I had to walk at least 20 minutes to get to other restaurants in either direction. It is very close to a very lovely park for walking and relaxing (Stanmer Park). I guess it was ok for the price. "
