"This hotel is a short drive from Milan Linate airport. Shuttle service from the hotel is available with a quick phone call for pick up. There is a metro station at the airport and the shuttle will drop you there and pick you up. So a train into Milan Centro is easy for an afternoon excursion. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and it was quite good! Breakfast buffet is plentiful with fruit, pastry, cereal, eggs, cold cuts. Front desk staff is wonderful. Beds are comfy and shower stall is larger than most in Europe. Overall we had a great stay."

"The hotel itself was beautiful. Nice seating and entrance area. Stunning restaurant in the courtyard. The staff in the hotel were very helpful. They spoke good English. They helped me work out the bus routes I needed (looking it all up on their PC), suggested places for me to watch the football (including their big TV downstairs at the hotel) and offered to lend me an umbrella when it was raining (even though I was checking out, so they knew they wouldn't have got it back if I had taken it). I had one of the cheaper rooms on the top floor with only a skylight. The room was fine with reasonable air conditioning. Comfy bed and quiet. The resteraunt connected to the hotel did a great breakfast and wonderful evening meals (though the evening meals were a bit expensive - I spent roughly £50 for a 3 course meal there, and the servings aren't huge). Good bus routes nearby with a direct bus into Milan (you have to get this bus from the side of the main road, which is basically a motorway, but its safe enough. There is a lay-by for the bus to pull in to) and buses to Lake Como etc. Just buy the passes on your phone and make sure they are activated before travelling. "
